<div>Jetti is looking for a Junior Marketing Specialist with a big focus on content to help grow Jetti&apos;s presence in the market, through written content, but also additional Marketing activities.<br><br>You&#x2019;ll be responsible for presenting our products in ways that will strengthen our brand and to plan and execute lead generation activities such as organic and paid search, lead our community presence in our industry and strengthen our relationship with partners leveraging co-marketing opportunities.<br><br>You&#x2019;ll coordinate with product design to build infographics and documentation that showcases our product features and use cases.<br><br>You should first and foremost feel very comfortable writing content on a daily basis. Additionally, it would be great if you have an understanding of how Google Ads are run and managed, and be willing to engage with our partners and community, but we will be there to support you along the way.<br><br>

<li>Work across all inbound content activities</li>
<li>Develop and maintain social media &amp; community presence (forums, Shopify &amp; Facebook groups, Quora, etc.)</li>
<li>Support partnership and co-marketing initiatives (webinars, content)</li>
<li>Run &amp; Optimize Google Ads (copy, target, budget, ROI, test &amp; learn cycles)</li>

<li>Experience as a marketer in the SaaS industry</li>
<li>Familiar with ecommerce / dropshipping / inventory management</li>

Junior Marketing Specialist

<div>Jetti is looking for a support and project coordinator to help with client support and projects. You&#x2019;ll be responsible for answering the tickets that come into our ticketing system, assigning and responding to.&#xA0;<br>You will also help the success team with their project work in onboarding new leads, this will include attending calls to take notes and writing up development cards in our development board, amongst other items.&#xA0;<br><br>You are to be part of the Success team that is responsible for Sales, Account Management and Support.&#xA0;<br>You will support the team on client calls so need to be comfortable speaking to a client should you need to ask a question to better understand an issue.&#xA0;<br><br>Experience in an ecommerce environment is essential for this role.<br><br>You will have very good written communication as you will be replying to customer tickets with resolutions or a holding message, but also writing up tickets into development cards for our developers to fix wider issues.&#xA0;<br>Project support will also be a key part of your role, setting up occasional meetings, sending emails and updating our internal systems with information.<br><br>Full-time Remote - US East Coast</br></br></br></br></br></br></br></br></br></br></br></div><h1><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></h1><ul>
<li>Answer, respond, assign any tickets that come into the internal ticket system</li>
