</br></div><div>As Senior Content Manager / Head of Content you will define our content strategy and goals as we expand globally. In short, you are 80% a content person (both strategy and writing) and 20% SEO. &#xA0;<br><br>

You have a growth mindset. You understand how impactful content can create business opportunities and how to adapt your writing to achieve this. This means you understand how SEO works. While you might not have the technical skills to execute on SEO strategies, you get what it is and how to create a content strategy that supports it. &#xA0;<br><br>

</br></br></div><div>You will work closely with the Director of Marketing and the CEO in shaping our overall strategy, as well as with the growth marketing team. You will own the execution of everything from flagship assets like white papers, to regular content like newsletter, blog posts and more. You will work with the Design team on visuals, the SEO Manager on SEO strategy, as well as with others in the Marketing and Website team on publication and promotion. &#xA0;<br><br>

<li>Own the end-to-end process of producing content including identifying topics, writing and working with others in the Marketing Team on design and promotion across different channels.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Track and analyze performance of content and share learnings.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Work with customers and community members to create case studies.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Build relationships with external partners for guest publications and collaborations.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Optimize content (blog posts, white papers, etc) for conversion and organic leads.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Incorporate SEO strategies into your content production process.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Keep abreast of developments by studying papers, attending events, speaking and engaging with a community. &#xA0;</li>
<li>Conduct research to uncover interesting and significant news. &#xA0;</li>

<li>An expert storyteller and excellent writer and editor capable of adjusting message and tone based on the audience.&#xA0;</li>

<li>Strong research skills and ability to gather and interpret data to produce content.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Experience building content strategies based on buyer personas and SEO analysis.&#xA0;</li>
<li>An understanding of how to establish credibility through thought leadership.&#xA0;</li>
<li>An understanding of how to manage and analyse content performance using tools such as Google Analytics.&#xA0;</li>
<li>BA degree in journalism, law, business, finance or related field.&#xA0;</li>
<li>Experience working in multi-channel content creations, e.g. journalism or publishing.&#xA0;</li>

</br></br></div><div>As our SEO Manager you will develop and execute a global SEO strategy and process to increase website traffic and organic leads. You have the passion and ambition to create an SEO strategy from the outset, but also the knowledge and technical skill to execute on that plan. &#xA0;<br><br>
</br></br></div><div>In this role you will perform keyword research and own our ranking on relevant search engines. You understand how SEO is supported by a good content marketing strategy and will work closely with our Content Manager and Director of Marketing to increase organic search traffic.&#xA0;<br><br>
</br></br></div><div>As part of your role you will work closely with our Growth Marketing Manager on increasing organic leads and improving the conversion rates on web pages. While you may not have the technical programming skills to build a website, you do have a good understanding of what good webpages and landing pages look like and how they&#x2019;re built, while not actually building them yourself. You can create a plan of action to increase conversion rates working with the Website Design team. &#xA0;<br><br>

<li>Experience in website experimentation and optimization frameworks and best practices.&#xA0;</li>
